Watershed Project donates to IL Music Dept.


The Indian Lake Watershed Project continues support of the Indian Lake Schools Music Programs. From left, watershed President Sharon DeVault and Director Abbi Hastings present Superintendent Rob Underwood and board President Gabe Wickline with a $4,000 check at the Jan. 22 school board meeting. This is an annual donation to the IL Music Department and part of the proceeds of the Nashville Hitmakers Concert, held each summer in the ILHS auditorium. Details of this summer’s Nashville Hitmakers Concert, featuring Indian Lake graduate and Country Music Songwriters Hall of Fame Even Stevens and his friends will be released soon. Nashville Hitmakers is a joint fundraiser for the Indian Lake Watershed Project and the IL Music Department.
