Indian Lake High School seniors Spencer Klauer and Kevin McLane placed 4th in the state Ag Power Diagnostics Contest at the University of Northwestern Ohio. This means that Indian Lake FFA will receive its first banner (top 5 finish in a contest) in more than 20 years. More importantly the boys each receive a $5,000 scholarship for finishing 4th. Klauer and McLane worked as a team to diagnose and repair two problems on five pieces of equipment, getting 20 minutes for each piece of machinery. Over 100 teams competed throughout the state with our team finishing in the top 15 to qualify. Lance Hill and Koenig Equipment helping to prepare the team, along with Indian Lake FFA/OHP advisor Tanner Schoen.
