The Grove Schedule


End-of Winter Puzzle Blitz – Mons. & Thurs., February 26 and March 1, 5, 8, 12, 15, 19 @ 7-8PM

Join us on Mondays and Thursdays from 7-8 PM starting February 12, for fun evenings doing puzzles, sipping hot drinks, and being together in community. Puzzles (including jigsaw, crossword and sudoku) will be provided, as well as snacks and drinks. All ages welcome!

Total Body Fitness – Wednesdays @ 6:00-7:00PM – Total body work out for all fitness levels. Includes stretching, balance, strength training and aerobic exercises. Modifications are always provided. Bring water and a mat/towel. Cost is $4.00 per session. Lead by Kim Adams. For questions call her at (937)508-1378 or email livefit18@gmail.com.

Tai Chi – Wednesdays @ 4:00 PM Tai chi is a Chinese exercise system that uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation while also strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems. It is an excellent form of exercise for seniors, to help with strength and balance, stress relief and is both an aerobic and weight bearing exercise.

Library Play Day – Friday, Feb. 23 @ 10AM – The Logan County Library will be bringing some of their amazing toys to the Grove (Indoor Jungle Gym!) for a morning of fun and play with other children from around the community. Come out, meet other parents/kids, laugh and have fun at the Grove with the Library! All ages welcome!
