Submitted story

The Logan County College Credit Plus Fair will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. March 8 at Bellefontaine High School, 555 E. Lake Ave., Bellefontaine.

College representatives from nearby campuses will be available to speak one-on-one with students and parents about their CCP program options. Students from all Logan County Schools are welcome to attend this event. If you are an Ohio student in grades 7th-12th you can apply for CCP admission to any Ohio public or participating private college.

College Credit Plus is free for all public school students who wish to attend a public Ohio university or college. (There may be fees for homeschooled students or students wish to attend a private university or college.) That means no cost for tuition, books or fees if you attend public school in the state of Ohio.

The purpose of the College Credit Plus program is to promote rigorous academic quests and to provide a wide variety of options to college-ready students.

This event has been coordinated by each Logan County School Guidance Department in conjunction with the Midwest Regional ESC.

If you have any questions please contact your Guidance department or Karen Sorreles at Midwest Regional ESC, 937-599-5195 x 5506.
