Indian Lake High School’s Seniors of the Month for April are Dylan Albright and Alena Babyak. Here are their comments.

School Activities and Awards: National Honor Society, United Way Youth Allocations, Science Club, Baseball, Basketball, Key Club, SADD, CBC Scholar Athlete and Honor Roll
If I were principal for a day: I would let all the students take a day off.
Favorite school memory: My favorite school memory is being named to the All-Ohio Baseball Team my junior year.
People who have been an inspiration to me: My parents have always been a huge inspiration to me because they are always there to support me. Also, my coaches are an inspiration because they have had a huge part in shaping the athlete and the person that I am today.
Lately I’ve been reading: The Science of Hitting by Ted Williams
My advice to parents: My advice to parents is don’t be afraid to let your kids figure some things out on their own.
My biggest regret: I regret not taking Shop Class with Mr. Snapp.
Next year I will be attending Marietta College, where I will play baseball and pursue a degree in Petroleum Engineering.

If I were principal for a day: I would have a dodgeball tournament and cater in chicken wings.
Favorite School Memory: My favorite memories are cheering at football games and riding in the Homecoming Parades.
People who have been an inspiration to me include my parents, my statistics teacher, Mr. Shively and business teacher, Mrs. Coburn.
Lately I’ve been reading: Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury
My advice to parents: Let your kids make their own mistakes within reason.
My biggest regret: I regret not being very involved in the arts.
Next year I will be attending Bowling Green State University and majoring in Finance.
