What’s better than jammin’ to the “Cupid Shuffle” with your favorite neighborhood police officer? The answer is Indian Lake Elementary’s Family Game Night, where you can do that and much more!

The elementary recently held its Fall Family Game Night hosting dozens of families for games, activities, crafts, door prizes and more.

Officers with the Washington Township and Russells Point Police Departments not only danced with students, they played in the PTO Students vs. Parents dodgeball game and brought their own games, like Twister.

Students were able to play a variety of games with their parents and siblings, ranging from ring toss to giant Jenga. Art teacher Terry Nelson helped families make a fall craft, while teacher Justin Welker dee-jayed the karaoke singing.

There will be more elementary Family Game Nights in the winter and spring of this school year.
