WEST LIBERTY – The West Liberty Bicentennial Celebration Committee has opened up the Troop Banners to everyone in Logan and Champaign County. Purchase a 24-inch-by-36-inch Troop Banner for your military loved one and they will be proudly displayed in West Liberty from Memorial Day to Veterans Day. They will also be on display during West Liberty’s Bicentennial Celebration, July 6-9, 2017. You will also receive two 12-inch-by-18-inch baby banner to display in your yard.

Applications are available on www.troopbanners.com/westliberty or at West Liberty Town Hall. Bring application, $85, cash or check made out to West Liberty Bicentennial and a picture of your Military person to the Town Hall or call committee member, Tami Wenger, at 937-465-6081.
