Riveside FFA members compete in food science


Riveside FFA members Nacole Marlow, Josh Martin, Joe Renteria and Justin Dabe competed in food science at Ridgemont High School. Food science contest consisted of learning activities in food science and technology related to the food industry. Students evaluated food using sight, smell and taste. They identified and described good management practices, food additives and equipment. The team placed 3rd overall and Josh Martin placed 1st individually.
