Leos raise diabetes research funds

Over 100 Ohio Hi-Point students walked a mile around the school’s campus in the first Leo Club Strides for Diabetes Awareness walk on Oct. 15. Nearly $500 was raised through donations and T-shirt sales to support diabetes research. The Leo Club hopes to make this an annual event. The Leo Club is the student chapter of the Bellefontaine Lions Club.
