Praying in the New Year -Thursdays-January 11, 18, 25, and Feb. 1, 6:30-7:30 PM Join us for a 4 week interactive study on prayer in the Bible and learn and practice some new and different ways to pray.
Total Body Fitness – Wednesdays @ 6:00-7:00PM – Total body work out for all fitness levels. Includes stretching, balance, strength training and aerobic exercises. Modifications are always provided. Tai Chi – Wednesdays @ 4:00 PM – Tai chi is a Chinese exercise system that uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation while also strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems. It is an excellent form of exercise for seniors, to help with strength and balance, stress relief and is both an aerobic and weight bearing exercise.
