ILHS BPA students earn Regional awards

The Indian Lake High School Business Professionals of America students had a great day at the office during the BPA Regional Awards Assembly at the University of Northwestern Ohio.

In the Fundamental Accounting category, Jenni Kaffenbarger took first place, Kale Shoffner was second and Tiffany Clark placed sixth. Delaney Woods and Aubrey Grider took first and second in Advanced Accounting. In Business Law & Ethics, Lindsay Berg placed first, Cameron Daniels was second, Delaney Woods was third, Jenni Kaffenbarger placed fifth and Kale Shoffner took sixth. Finally, Woods was also a Merit Winner for Financial Math & Analysis Concepts.

Sixteen ILHS students submitted projects to the regional competition. The six Lakers who earned first and second place honors will advance to compete in the State BPA Awards in March.
