School district seeks community input

Submitted story

Indian Lake Local School leaders are seeking input about the district. Administrators are asking stakeholders to take a comprehensive community survey. School leaders say whether someone is a parent, grandparent, staff member, business owner, full-time community member or part-time member of the Indian Lake community, those opinions and impressions are important.

Interim Superintendent Rob Underwood explains, “This survey asks questions on a wide variety of topics. We are trying to gauge how we are doing as a district and get ideas on what we can do to better serve our students and community.”

Underwood says many questions are multiple choice, but some ask for additional information. The Indian Lake Schools Community Survey 2018 can be found and completed on the district’s website at www.ils-k12.org. Paper copies are also available in the office of each school. The deadline to submit responses is March 15.
