Associates of Honda Transmission Manufacturing are making the season bright for every student in the multiple handicap unit at Indian Lake High School.

HTM employees delivered gifts to all 17 students. This is the third year in a row for the outpouring of holiday cheer.

You could see the joy on their faces as several students opened brand new shoes and other personal gifts like desired art supplies, pajamas and clothes. They also each received gifts for boys and girls, like athletic equipment and makeup, along with a fuzzy blanket and hat and gloves for the winter.

HTM continued the Christmas spirit by bringing along sugar cookies and helping students decorate them to eat or take home.

Beyond giving gifts to the students, HTM employees delivered two new chrome books and ink cartridges for the printer. They also donated needed classroom supplies. Finally, the associates presented teachers Donna Elson and Amy Esaleh a check for more than $3,200 dollars to cover the cost of additional supplies and field trips for the multiple handicap unit.
