Thanks to the wonderful response to the Troop Banner Project the West Liberty Bicentennial Committee has decided to continue displaying them in West Liberty. Currently they are in storage and will be hung up again in May for Memorial Day and stay up until after Veterans Day in November.

For $85 you will receive one 24-inch by 36-inch troop banner to be displayed in the village, two 12-inch by 18-inch baby banners for your personal display and a bracket for display. It also includes photo restoration as needed and a web presence at www.troopbanners.com West Liberty page.

We are taking new orders until the end of February for 2018. To order a troop banner for your past or present military loved one pick up an application form at Town Hall. Once you have it filled out return to Town Hall with the largest military photo you have, $85 and the application. The photo will be scanned on the spot so you can take your photo home with you.

Once your order is delivered, you will receive a call to pick up your baby banners at Town Hall. The large banner will be put on a bracket to hang up for display in May. The troop banners that are from last year will be hung up at the same place and a map will be available so you can find your new troop banner location. For more information contact Cindee Boyd at Town Hall or call 937-465-6081.
