Night one of the Indian Lake Show Choir Extravaganza featured the high school Meistersingers debuting their show “A Musical! A Broadway Review.” The middle school 5/6th grade Spectaculars performed, along with several individuals and small groups. In a break from Extravaganza tradition, the ILHS Chorale joined the Meistersingers for two songs. Director Joyce King explained that the Chorale wanted to have a fundraiser for victims of Hurricane Irma.

Proceeds from the Nov. 10-11 show will be sent to those still suffering in Puerto Rico. Saturday night’s performance featured the ILMS 7/8 grade Sophisticlefs, along with the Meistersingers.
