Town Hall displays Christmas trees to be auctioned


The 2017 West Liberty Christmas Tree Silent Auction is underway with 10 decorated 3-foot Christmas trees displayed at Town Hall. The event is sponsored by The West Liberty Business Association with proceeds going to the West Liberty Historical Society Opera House Renovation Project. Bidding stops Nov. 24 at 4 p.m. The winner will be called and asked to retrieve the tree Nov. 27 or 28. The trees were decorated by Theresa’s Gingerbread House III, Bobbi Gratz and Cindee Boyd, the McIntosh Family, Project Teddy Bear & Friends Non-Profit, West Liberty Historical Society, Adriel Foster Care & Adoption & Family Preservation, Peoples Savings & Loan, Wygal Family, MCC Thrift, and the Barger Family.
