Tai Chi – Wednesdays @ 4:00 PM (None on Nov. 22) – Tai chi is a Chinese exercise system that uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation while also strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems. It is an excellent form of exercise for seniors, to help with strength and balance, stress relief and is both an aerobic and weight bearing exercise.
Book Banter – Monday, Nov. 6 @ 7PM – Book lovers of Logan & Champaign counties are invited to come together on the 1st Monday of the month at 7PM to fellowship, discuss the book of the month and enjoy snacks. Both men & women are invited. Discussion will be led by Reva Neer. Books will be made available in the West Liberty Library or can be purchased. Community Bible Study – Thursdays @ 6:30PM (None on Nov. 23) – Community Adult Bible Study going through the Gospel of John. This will be an interactive, discussion based study for people of all levels and understanding of Scripture. Men and women welcomed!
Total Body Fitness – Monday’s & Wednesday’s @ 6:00-7:00PM (None on Nov. 20 or 22) – Total body work out for all fitness levels. Includes stretching, balance, strength training and aerobic exercises. Lego Club – Saturday, November 18 @ 11AM Come join us for a morning of creativity and fun, where your child will have the chance to use his or her imagination, develop skills and learn, while building Lego projects alongside peers. Materials are provided. Please pre-register by phone or online.
