The Grove: A Place for Community

Tai Chi – Wednesdays @ 5:00 PM (not on 10-25) – Tai chi is a Chinese exercise system that uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation while also strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems. It is an excellent form of exercise for seniors, to help with strength and balance, stress relief and is both an aerobic and weight bearing exercise.

Community Bible Study – Thursdays @ 7PM – Community Adult Bible Study going through the Gospel of John. This will be an interactive, discussion-based study for people of all levels and understanding of Scripture. Men and women welcomed!

Book Banter – Monday October 2nd, 7:00 PM – Book lovers of Logan and Champaign counties are invited to come together on the first Monday of every month at 7 PM to fellowship, discuss the book of the month, and enjoy snacks. Both men and women are invited. Discussion will be led by Reva Neer. Books will be made available in the West Liberty library or can be purchased.
