West Liberty Lions put on activity-filled festival

The West Liberty Lions Club had another great Labor Day Festival weekend. There was something for everyone. An Antique Equipment Show featured steam and gas engines, a sawmill and tractors. The parade was well attended even though it rained on and off.

At the Flea Markets and the Craft Tent people searched for treasures, fall decorations and OSU items. Plenty of food booths to choose from, ball games to watch and different musical entertainment to enjoy, like Just 4 Fun Line Dancers. Let’s not forget watching the tractors pulling power in the Antique Tractor Pull.

Children enjoyed the ChrisMis Petting/Feeding Farm, which included rabbits, goats and alpacas. They also participated in the Kiddie Tractor Pull, rode Grandpa’s Train, played on the playground in Onion Creek and played Teddy Bear Plinko at the Project Teddy Bear & Friends booth.
