Riverside High School Youth Leadership Impact Team hosts Dodge-ball Tourney

Members of the Riverside High School Youth Leadership Impact Team set Monday, May 8, as the 7th annual RHS Dodge-ball Tournament for staff and students. Teams comprised of students and staff members will battle each other during the morning and the top two teams will compete in the Championship Dodge-Ball Game at the end of the school day in the RHS gymnasium. Students and staff pay to attend the game and cheer on their favorite team. There have been as many as 28 teams competing in the past. The proceeds from the tournament will be donated to the Vets to DC trip. A special “Gold” dodge-ball will be placed in a display case with the names of the 2017 RHS Dodge-Ball Champions.

Logan County Youth Leadership is a program designed to enhance the leadership skills of students in 8th-12th grades in Bellefontaine City, Benjamin Logan, Indian Lake and Riverside schools, coordinated by the Midwest Regional Educational Service Center.
