Fitness Classes – Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 18 – May 11 @ 5:15 – 6AM Who’s ready? Will incorporate cardio and light weights (provided) lots of fun! Cost per class or $30.00 for 4 weeks (1 week free).
Tai Chi – Wednesdays @ 4:00 PM – Tai chi is a Chinese exercise system that uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation while also strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems. It is an excellent form of exercise for seniors, to help with strength and balance, stress relief and is both an aerobic and weight bearing exercise.
Itty Bitty Artists –Friday, April 21 & 28 @ 10:00AM – Itty Bitty Artists is a weekly play based group for 1-4 year olds held on Fridays from 10:00-10:45 A.M. It is designed to provide your little ones with a fun and safe learning environment. Every week we will have a different theme related play time. See website for donation needs.
Community Bible Study – Thursdays @ 6PM – Community Adult Bible Study going through the Gospel of John. This will be an interactive, discussion-based study for people of all levels and understanding of Scripture. Men and women welcomed!
Lego Club – Saturday, April 22 @ 11AM Come join us for a morning of creativity and fun, where your child will have the chance to use his or her imagination, develop skills and learn, while building Lego projects alongside peers. Materials are provided. Please pre-register by phone or online.
